On the 14th September, I held my exhibition ‘The Circle of Life’. This collection captures the endangered green sea turtle’s remarkable journey amidst the Southern Great Barrier Reef. Each image reflects countless hours dedicated to documenting this 1 in 1000 chance of making it from hatchling to adult – a testament of resilience. See all the images here.

In a remarkable and rarely witnessed moment, a freshly hatched green turtle hatchling races past its fully grown counterpart on the journey to the ocean. This captivating image serves as a poignant metaphor for the monumental challenges that lie ahead for the young hatchling in its quest to reach adulthood.
