I run a custom made to order business. Once you purchase one of my fine art prints - I go make it.

Everything is handmade locally in Burleigh Heads, Gold Coast by WeSellPrints (https://www.wesellprints.com.au)

Expected shipping times are an estimate, I use a third party printer that operate their own schedule with multiple artists. Delays due to busy periods or shortage of raw materials can happen.

I do not have a print progress tracker for custom order prints, after ordering you will next hear from me when your print has been completed. To get a more specific delivery time frame, please get in touch (hello@rosslongphoto.com).

Please be aware, October through January is our busiest time of year. Expect delays during this time.

Rolled prints ready for collection within 1-2 weeks.
Framed prints ready for collection within 2-4 weeks.

All pick up orders can be collected from WeSellPrints in Burleigh Heads. Please have your order confirmation email or ID ready to present to the staff at WeSellPrints (https://www.wesellprints.com.au/).

We offer free shipping on rolled and framed artworks within Australia.
Rolled and Framed Artworks will generally be shipped via TNT or Auspost.
Signature is required on delivery. It is important that your shipping address is your day time address.

 Worldwide Shipping Limitations

Due to huge cost variations and website limitations we do not allow international customers to check out with a framed print in cart.However, shipping framed prints internationally is possible, please email us for a quote to ship a framed print to your international address.

Unfortunately, due to carrier limitations we are generally unable to ship to the following countries/regions:Algeria, Cuba, Indonesia, Iran, Israel, Korea, Democratic People's Republic Of North Korea, Kuwait, Morocco, Nepal, Nigeria, Pakistan, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Syria.

Customs/Import Duties & Taxes

All customers are responsible for customs/imports duties & taxes. 

We recommend contacting your local custom office for further information.

We do not send an invoice with our prints, and when appropriate we select 'gift' on postage forms. This may help reduce duties & taxes.
