1. Products Available for Domestic and International Shipping

  • Paper Fine Art Prints: Paper fine art prints are available worldwide. 

  • Framed Fine Art Prints: Framed fine art prints are only available within Australia. Framed Fine Art Prints cannot be shipped worldwide. 

1. Shipping Methods and Timelines

We offer several shipping options to accommodate your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping option typically takes up to 5-7 business days for domestic orders and 14-21 business days for international orders.

  • Expedited Shipping: For customers who require their prints sooner, we offer expedited shipping at an additional cost. Expedited orders are typically delivered within 1-2 business days for domestic orders and 7-14 business days for international orders.

Please note that shipping times may vary based on factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance, holidays, and unforeseen weather conditions. We will provide you with a tracking number once your order is shipped so you can monitor its progress.

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the size and weight of your order, as well as the shipping destination. You can view the shipping costs during the checkout process before completing your purchase. For international orders, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

We take great care in packaging your fine art prints to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. Prints are securely placed in protective sleeves or tubes, depending on their size and format. Larger prints may be shipped in sturdy, custom-made packaging to prevent damage during transit.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and up to date when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our customer support as soon as possible.
